Hey, I’m Janis, the youngest of the team. Hair and working with it has been my passion and source of joy since I was a small child. I was always looking forward to my next haircut. After high school, I had the idea to try my hand at hairdressing. In the autumn of the same year, I started my studies at the Tartu Vocational Education Center in the field of hairdressing. In the second year of school, I had the opportunity to go to Barcelona to gain new experiences as part of the Erasmus project.
In 2022, after graduating from school, I started working at Salon Plus salon, where I was able to test a lot of newly acquired knowledge. Now, in 2024, I decided to join the Mell Studio. Since a hairdresser learns all his life, I have broadened the knowledge base with various cutting and coloring trainings. I consider men’s work and striping to be my strongest point. What I love most about this job is the moment when the client looks in the mirror to see the result. The positivity and brightness that radiates back from it makes even the saddest day beautiful again. I am waiting for you to come to the studio.
